Oh well...
The post/s that most likely got him banned have been deleted, and they were more than a little inappropriate.

I don't think you'll be able to get Brembos with the glass roof from what we've seen so far. Next week we'll know for sure.

That's what I'm thinking and that will really **** me off. Does Ford really think that people don't want to stop better AND let sun in the cabin? The fricken Camaro and Challenger come with Brembos! At least the new base GT brakes are upgraded. I like the wheels that come with the Brembo Package though. We'll see.

I think Ford "thinks" that the guy with the glassback roof is the same guy that is more interested in comfort than performance...

No doubt about it they do. I was told so by one of the engineers who worked on the track pack.

Its sad but true

I'm getting an automatic transmission -- it bothers me that I can't get the Brembo package or the Track Pack. I'm not in love with very many options, but those are two I'd gladly shell out money for.

It'll be an easy mod and probably readily available. Just like the GT500 brakes now.

Only problem will be will the wheels clear.

That's what I'm hoping for. And I want to get a set of OEM 19 x 9.5 GT500 wheels, but powder-coated black. I think with the Race Red exterior along with the GT500 front facsia, no badges... black GT500 wheels would look fantastic.

I want the same for my '07. I've been waiting for better wheels that will clear a big brake. I don't care for the older GT500 wheels and the Razors.

I'm wondering if the dealers might offer a "deal" on installing the Brembo Package post-delivery. We don't know how much the Brembo Pack is going to cost from the factory, but I'm sure it will be a better deal than the current FRPP price of $1500 for the GT500 brakes. Even if it's $1500, it still includes the 19" wheels and sticky tires! I wonder if the 19s are forged like the GT500's?

You didn't see anything terrible because it was DELETED. He made it his business to hide behind his keyboard and made several PERSONAL attacks on several members. His conduct was detrimental and just because he DID have good posts, it didn't give him an excuse to treat others like he did.

So what's done is done; let's let it go.

OK, here's my exact build sheet from a dealer when I get the chance:

2011 Mustang GT 5.0
-Premium interior
-Grabber Blue
-Brembo Pkg.
-Comfort Pkg.
-HIDs
-Security Pkg.
-Recaro seat Pkg.

Grabber Blue or Black (leaning toward GB still).

First things that will be ordered/done are:

-SHR flush mount rear window louvers
-20% tint on front/rear windows & windshield stripe
-GT500 shift ****

Eventually, I'd like to do the Steeda front/rear bumpers (or the Cal special & GT500 f/r respectively), high flow catted X-pipe, 4" exhaust, FRPP springs, and some GT500 wheels with the tri-bar pony center caps (no SVT on the car at all)

in the fall when the truck is paid off. im just getting the regular gt convertible(non premium). ill do the mods i want myself. I want sterling grey with stone interior.

i just hope you can get 3.55 or 3.73s with it. cant wait to see if the pricing or even if you can get the lower(higher number) axles without going to premium. to me the only thing that is worth the extra is leather seats and that is not worth 3K to me.

I've had my car parked at work and when I get out to it, I find it has rained - hard. So for me I would rather have leather seats, in the premium model, than the cloth which absorbs all the moisture.
