Oh, wait. You mean of the wheels...

I'd guess the Drag, actually, those SVT are probably in the 28+ lb range, just like the last GT500 18x9.5.

And I'd guess those Drag ones aren't just lighter, but softer and weaker metal.

Are the Drag's even a decent wheel? IIRC, those are a budget wheel offered by some websites. I'd opt for OEM quality over those any day.
