Which wheel do you guys like?
I'm saving up for new rims. They'll still be 18", but wider, planning on using 255/45/18's, probably Nitto 555's... Same size on all 4 corners.
Which rim do you guys like better?
SVT wheel- 18"x9.5"
or
DRAG DR-31- 18"x9"
Anyone know anything about the Drag rims? Are they good? Also- each rim fits 2 different lug patterns, so there are 10 holes in the rim... that sound weird to anyone else? Think it would even be noticed?

Neither and forget the Drags. If you're going 18's I like the earlier SVT wheels better.

Neither. Both super ordinary. Id go with something like forgestar f14s or saleen 7 spoke wheels( The mustang in transformers had them). Or possibly the rtrs although they are getting too popular.

274/40-18s is the way to go on that wide a wheel, will fit great, lots more stick.
And I say SVT all the way, much better quality than the Drag, and look better too. The Drag are very cheap, DiscountTire if I remember correctly.

My budget isn't as big as I'd wish (who's is?), so I can't really go over $900 for all 4 rims. That rules out a LOT of others.
I didn't choose the earlier SVT rims, because I want to go with a dark grey instead of black, preferably. Still thinking, though...

SVT are only $145 @ LRS right now (wish I'd waited and got those, have the old GT500 instead and much prefer these new ones).

I like the look of those DRAG DR-31 and I totally agree with the priority of grey finish.... but I can't find a single picture of them on a Mustang... that might help sway my vote...
...but in the mean time, we already know that the SVT wheels look great.

Definitely SVT wheels!!
Yup they do for sure. I got them from Shaun last November.
I bought them specifically for winter rims... but I've liked them so much for the last 3-4 months that I'm almost tempted to keep for summer rims and sell my Brembo wheels!
