lol the "bling" definitely attracts people at car shows and I really like the BBK. It makes a great sound that even with stock exhaust sounds like a roar and not a typical v6. Lets just say, you know it is in there haha.

Next on my list before wheels and tires is probably gears (from 2.73 to 3.73)or an MGW.

Ordered a fiberglass subwoofer box for my trunk, and then painted and colour matched it to my grabber blue baby.

Also, my hood struts, red calliper covers and push button start kit came yesterday! Will be installing all of those things this weekend if I'm not working as well.

Sorry, but the iphone app won't let me

This was a box for a Toyota Scion that didn't fit my car (obviously)

So I ordered a new one and painted it to match

Installed.

Next step Is to clean up the wires and mount with Velcro or a screw because on the drive to work today I was turning right and the sub slid halfway across my trunk.

^ looks fantastic Joe!

If I had a desire to listen to tunes in my car, I'd do the same thing too. But alas, my windows are always down, and I listen to the sweet music my intake, blower, and exhaust makes

I'm so jealous of your car!!

But this have given me the confidence to do some paint repair on my good.
I've got so nasty gouges and scrapes that are down to bare metal/primer.

Rattle can grabber blue and rattle can automotive clear. The trick is 1500 grit and 3000 grit sandpaper. I'm proud of it

It's just the positive and negative for the subwoofer into the box.

Everything else is ran to the amp which I screwed down to the spare wheel cover to the left of the picture.

I compared the grabber blue to the paint on my car, and it's close... Not an exact match but you wouldn't notice unless you compare it side by side.

Maybe because it's a black base coat underneath the box?

It's from a company called Atrend.

It all started because I built my own fiberglass box that turned out to be more headaches than it was worth.
Quick google search showed no vehicle specific enclosures except for a few corner boxes that were too square and too plain looking.
Anyway, an image popped up and it was for this fiberglass box made by Atrend. It was for sale at futureshop or Best Buy for $699! I was NOT paying that.

I found it on amazon for $168 and I paid around +$120 for expedited shipping. Total cost was $270-290.

I paid $80 for the grabber blue paint and I sanded and painted it myself.

Atrend AFG-FM12S was the product number.
I didn't find it in an earlier search, but another member did.

As for bass, it's a lot better than I envisioned. The perfect amount of bump but I'm not beating the block down or license plate rattling.

It fits fantastic with a flat bottom, but during a hard right turn it did fall on it's "face" and slide around. I would recommend Velcro or a bolt/screw to keep it anchored.
