That's beautiful. In the Boston area where I live something like that would cost me arm and a wife...ahem, I mean an arm and a leg.

yeah i live in one of the most expensive regions in all of Canada unfortunately. an hour away the 'average' house price is 1.1m. So mine is costing me an arm, and 3 first round wife picks LOL

Enjoyed my Friday immensely - gotta smile when your UPS guy arrives shortly after you do from work.
The overall packaging was very well done. They took care to ensure that no metal parts were in contact. I enjoyed the wrapping of the side pipes The welds were superb. That long tube header medusa head was a work of art. I'd put the quality of Kooks alongside Corsa. Excellent. I can't wait to get these babies on - Monday. More pics and vids to come.

Speaking of which, I dropped Marilyn off tonight so my buddy can work on her first thing tomorrow. I can't wait till she's done.

I beat the crap out of my car today!! I finished 4th out of 16 for the autocross, my first time ever on a coned course.
Then, I decided to drag instead of show since the car was already dirty after the autocross. I ended up finishing 2nd in the Street Machines class!!! I fricken red lit on the last run for 1st and 2nd. Once I found out the guy I was going up against was the reigning champ, I got all nervous!! He was in a bone stock 2005 V6 auto, so they have the slower car take off sooner to even out the finish.
I've only been drag racing 3 times ever, and this was my first time in this car. It was 85-90* all day, and I ran consistent 12.7-12.8s! Not bad for a car not set up for drag racing lol. Overall an extremely fun day. I can't believe how well I did in everything. The rest of my crew cleaned shop at the show!! 7/9 of them got trophies. Holy crap!!!
Here's a few pics from my buddies and my timeslips.

Very nice Patrick! Looks like you had fun.
How did your suspension do during the auto-x? I assume it helped out a lot.

I like the way that it sounds at the end with the lope.
