What did you do to your '10-'14 today?
Well i got out of work early so I used it to run a few errands then picked up the gf and drove around the lake and enjoyed the hell out of it.
On the way back though I noticed a knock/tap develop. It doesnt sound like a motor knock or like the typical 5.0 ticking, in fact I cant really much. I can feel it though, I can feel it in the clutch petal and the shifter, especially when I have the petal depressed and in first gear for as im about to start from a stop. Motor pulls hard as ever, clutch feels ok, trans is shifting normally, so Im at a loss so far as to the cause but my gut says clutch. It will be going to the dealer early next week.

Thanks all. This is the third season with the Mustang. It gets a major OCD (obsessive compulsive detailing) at least three times during car season before it goes into hibernation. and it's maintained it to varying degrees regularly. Something gets done to it almost every single day. I tend to go overboard, but it keeps me out of dive bars and cheap whorehouses.
My first show is in a month, and busting my **** for 3 or 4 days now will make it easier to show prep it just prior. As beat up as I am right now, I can't imagine how I'd feel if I didn't have a DA buffer. Wheels, GT500 axlebacks, the CAI and the other mods are nice, but the Porter Cable was the single best investment I've made. That and my chiropractor.
Seeing what you guys and gals do and how you keep your cars inspires me. I have a very large handful of favorite cars here, and that list keeps growing as new members come on board.
Thanks again for the comments.

Someone on another forum was selling a few privately and I got the last one. It's rubberized with an adhesive backing, the same exact material and size as the AIRAID emblem. I had it on something else and when I peeled it off, the adhesive weakened. I took a heat gun to it and reactivated the glue.

Oh I think you wil. want to take it for a drive. Feels sooooo gooood. It's been a long almost 4 months which would be longer it it hadn't been for the El Nino weather. Not warm enough for the top down - but nice just to drive around and listen to the exhaust rumbling.
I also just ordered Corsa Sport Axleback GT500 Quad Tips and Valance for my husband's 2014 GT/CS Premium Coupe. Will be installed in April. Now he will have less reason to want to drive mine. LOL.
Ring Brothers Spring Green installed mine and will do his as well. Well maybe not the brothers themselves - but their employees. With a nice family discount. :-) Hopefully the car they are building for Jay Leno will still be there when we got for his install I would love to see it! I am pretty sure its a Mustang - just not sure what year and what type.

I totally understand. I love detailing my babies, I mean, my vehicles as well.
Have fun at the show brother!
Maybe let the heat stay for a bit as the smell may leave the vehicle after a while. Good luck!
Is the firewall insulation. I feel like doing a full out engine wash but that might cause more problems.
