Build week of 4/4. The day will get assigned as the week approaches.


Doesn't look like I'm gonna get mine in April at this point. Frustrating to say the least. It shouldn't take this long to get an ordered car.

 

I meant to say build week, sorry. This is exciting. If mine has a build week, then I must not be alone. They might be scheduling a lot of us, as has been speculated.

Nothing at my end so far, but glad to hear yours is moving forward after all the crap you have been through.

 

It's worth the wait, guys... trust me. It's worth everything. I waited literally a year for mine and it's been worth every minute of angst.

I placed my order & my deposit monday night 07MAR11. 2012 GT Premium Coupe, Kona Blue Metallic, Stone Interior, 400A, 6-Spd Manual, HID/Security Pkg., 3.55 LTD Slip, Comfort Pkg., Brembo Brake Pkg., Rear Video Camera. No DORA or VIN yet.

Found out this morning I have a build week of March 28 and should have a VIN Friday. Looks like the flood gates are opening boys and girls!

 

I was gonna take some pics in the daylight yesterday, but I got involved in installing my Tri-Ax (which is F***ING AWESOME, btw) and the sun set before I got cleaned up. I'll take some today after work, promise!

 

Wow! At least you're making up for the initial wait with a quick build date.

 

Thanks. Now we both have build weeks. That is good. Now the mad rush to get all the last minute mods I have been putting off getting. And it is almost time to order a new brochure to try to get another coupon. SO many things to do.

I ordered mine about a week before you did, so yours should be pulled soon, I hope. As for brochures, when it gets within 60 days of the delivery date, try, try again. You never know, you just might get lucky.

I'm up here in Québec Canada, maybe Ford Canada doesn't offer those coupons? Any canadian member get a coupon? If so, I'll order myself another brochure, maybe I'll try the EDGE...

 

Hey bro I started ordering 3 per day on the 2012 mustang and 2 others and the day after the build and price for the new mustang came up they emailed me the coupon. Good luck.

 

The coupon is not really much good if it expires before they ship your car. The dealership does not have authority to extend it. I think Ford does, but it might just be easier to wait until you know that you are within 60 days of delivery to try to get coupons.

 

Just contacted my salesman , says nothing on the list yet but will ask the new car manager on tues when he is back in the office. Was hoping for an April delivery but my hopes are fading.

 

My salesman called today & said my car was scheduled to be made, but doesn't have a build date. I'm not quite sure what that means, but at least it sounds like something is happening.
