No it has not.

I ordered a Kona Blue v6 Premium Convertible with the Pony Package as well as the Comfort Package.

My dealer is telling me that the car is sitting in Decatur IL and has been for close to a week now. Not sure what that means. Deysha told me it is in transit with an ETA of 10/31 and that is still subject to change but my dealer said the ETA on his end still shows 10/21. That is obviously not correct. Frustrating...

I ordered it 9/3 so I am still just at 8 weeks which is what my dealer told me. That would be fine except he told me three weeks ago that the car was built and waiting to ship and that the ETA was moved up to mid October. Then obviously something changed.

Deysha, do you see anything different today or still in transit? Why can't we Fed Ex cars????

 

For $795 they should be delivered to our front door!!!!!

 

My car is in!!! I pick it up tomorrow morning...man I can't wait. At least the wait was not as long as when I ordered a 79 Mustang Cobra...that took 4 months!!! That had the 5.0 with a whopping 140 or so HP....my how things have changed....

 

I'm happy for you JC Stang. Also a bit jealous... Tell us again when you ordered and what the last ETA date was? Mine is now 10/31 but praying it gets moved up.

 

I ordered it 8/29, first ETA was 10/19 ( it was built week of 10/10 ), but then ETA was changed to 11/3, so I was very surprised when he replied to my email that he had just checked the car in 5 minutes ago. Glad I have Friday's off!!!

 

What part of the country are you in? I am in KC and it seems like it is taking the slowest train in the world to get here.

 

About 50 miles southwest of Chicago....mine came via truck, not rail. Just talked with the sales guy...he said when the truck pulled up he thought it was a Shelby..said it looked real sharp with the painted 19 inch wheels. I got a Black V-6 with the performance package..would have loved the V8 but over $7,000 difference in price is a lot...plus the difference in insurance. Got this out the door for $23,009 with all taxes, etc. Tonight is just going to drag.....you would think i would be used to this since I have had over 40 cars, but with each one I get like this!!!

Trust Deysha. She let me know when my car was in transit. Deysha told me around 6/13 that my car would be there soon. My dealer called me on 6/16 and told me that my ETA was still 6/24. 10 minutes later the dealer called me back and said "Errr, I know I said 6/24 but I meant 6/16 because your car is here now." I took delivery that night.

Deysha and the entire online team are really great!
