Touch screen dash?
Anyone have a touch screen dash stereo in their 2011+? How does it work with the sync does it mess it up?

Are you referring to the factory-installed navigation unit or an aftermarket radio?

Youll have to get a wiring harness + double din, but yeah you can retain Sync and there are a few mfg options (Pioneer & Kenwood for sure).

While I'm able to provide technical support for an existing SYNC system, that question would best directed toward a tech at your dealership.
