Tire pressure display

Hey all I just picked up a 14 convertible and no where in the digital display can I seem to find where it shows your tire pressures. Is this for real or did I miss it . My daughters 08 Cobalt and a previous 07 maxima would display them. Hope I am just missing it,

thanks
Bill

I am not sure about the 2014 system; but in my 2010 there is no way to see the tire pressure. The system just tells you if a tire is low. But it does not tell you which one, and it does not tell you how low it is. I'm pretty sure the warning is triggered by pressure below about 24-26 PSI

Same with my 11 Bert. Just the message and light, you'd have to start looking for which one. But maybe they changed something when they updated the 13-14, never had one of those so I don't know. My new one does show individual pressure and my Grand Cherokee does too.

Thanks guys I had a feeling it doesn’t display it. I got to say that seems really lame that they didn’t do that. I guess I’ll just take my old analog tire gauge and stick it in the glove box! And i do find it weird cvonsidering they give you the Track Apps info and if you are taking it out on a track tire pressure is important to know. I do tend to adjust mine for cold and hot weather.

The displays are not reliable anyway so it is a MUST to check the 'old school' way with your hand held gauge of choice. My 2014 GT does not have the display but my 2020 R/T gives you the pressure for each tire and it is wrong. During our long 6,300 miles trip last month my 'display' would say I was gaining 8 pounds per tire when heated up with highway driving. No way! If the outside temps were 100 degrees or more , maybe??? The display was way off on gas mileage too. After 5,000 miles or so of the trip i was supposedly averaging 22 mpg. Sounded about right but I had my doubts. 500 miles later with highway driving I was magically up to 26 mpg. This was accumulative on the trip odometer. If the computer was accurate those last 500 miles of driving would have been well over 40 mpg, probably over 50 mpg. I'm not going to do the math. Sorry, not with a Hemi. We'll break down the real mpg after we total our gas receipts. These displays are nothing but gimmicks and I'm tickled I don't have one in my GT. What a waste of $$$, then they break after awhile too. No thanks!

The 13-14’s wont display it. However, the data is on the bus. I had an aftermarket head unit in mine that plugged into the OBDII port that let the radio display a tone of data, including the reported readings from all 4 tires. EGT was also available.

That’s fine if you think they are a gimmick but 8lb increase on a summer day is doable especially in a small area like a tire.
I run my Acura at 35lbs and a high 80 degree day the display is 40-42lbs. It is usually within a lb of my analog gauges and when temp is in 90’s I have seen 44lbs.
Having the display is just a nice convenience if you don’t want to check monthly and can alert you to a slow leak which has helped me over the years. I usually can eyeball my tires and know they are low yes even with radial tires, you learn what the profile looks like.
