Tire Pressure Warning Monitor Fault?

It seems as though every time I turn on my car it says "TIRE PRESSURE. MONITOR FAULT" and it will stay on until I push reset. Is this normal? Or should I seriously consider checking my tire pressure?

that is not normal. i would think it would be smart to check your tire pressure. only would take you a few seconds.

If I were you, I'd find a way to remove that ****. You can buy your own tire pressure monitoring system for $.99. It's called a trie pressure checker.

I checked the tire pressure today, 30 on all tires. below the recommended 32, so I filled it up. But the warning stll comes up. Should I take it to the dealer?

It means that your pressure monitor is bad. If your tires would have been low you would have gotten a "LOW TIRE PRESSURE" warning instead. I think you should have the dealer look at it.

There are 3 different warnings related to TPMS.
