I updated mine by downloading the update on the website with a USB drive.

If you have not already, go onto www.syncmyride.com and check for any updates your car may require. It will tell you right on there if you can do the update yourself or if a trip to the dealer is needed for the update. When I took delivery of my car it needed three sync updates... so more than likely yours has at least one update needed.

Mine has done this several times and is only a month old. restarting the car doesnt always fix it either. sometimes it wont do auxillary, sometimes it wont do phone, and sometimes it wont do anything at all. Im taking it in this weekend
