Status of my order
Hello all I am new here. I have an order placed with Ford on a 2013 Shelby and am wondering where I can get more detailed information on the status of my order. My dealership hasn't done a good job of keeping me up to date so am trying to get more info through other channels. Thanks.

Post in this thread and then send a private message to Deysha.
Just click on the avatar for the Ford Customer Service member Deysha who posts in this thread and send her what information you have.
You will at least need a dealer number and your order number. If you have a VIN that's even better.

Call SVT or Ford Customer Service tomorrow. Have your VIN or Order Number and Dealer Code available and they will give you the status.
Tell them you want the status on a GT500.
SVT - 800-367-3788 option 1
FCS - 800-392-3673 option 1-4-6

Thanks Snoopy that is exactly what I will do. I already sent a private message to customerservice yesterday but no response yet. Calling sounds like the way to go. BTW who is Deysha? Is that the customerservice users name or alias or is that some acronym. Forgive my ignorance I am new to this process.

Lol I hear ya, my dealership has been clueless from day one, they've been expecting my car to be delivered for the past month meanwhile it wasn't even built till a couple weeks ago and wasn't aware of any plant shutdown in November. Thanks, but it seems like I've contacted half of the Ford employee base in the last 3-4 weeks.. most have been very nice, even apologetic, but no one there seems to know more then my truck was built the 25th of Oct, has been awaiting shipment sense the 26th of Oct, and has an ETA of Nov 5th. ![Banghead](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/banghead.gif)
