David ! Although you were just being sarcastic lol.. This is still no excuse for poor customer service, as Gravy should be respected and treated as a valued customer..

In this case, Raxiom is well supported by American Muscle so its origin is really unimportant. I have both Raxiom headlights and taillights that I bought from AM. I've had them for about five years and the only problem I've had was one of the headlight housings was getting a lot of internal condensation within the 2-year warranty (that warranty is quite unusual for aftermarket parts). AM replaced them with a new set at no charge and I haven't had a problem since.
It's not that I disagree with your post and I'm glad that your Raxiom products have worked out with no major issues and that AM came through for you and replaced your 1st set under warranty..

Unfortunately when it concerns the Raxiom 5th gen sequential tail light kit and head units w/backup camera, I've read a lot of negative reviews concerning poor quality and poor lack of customer support from AM both on TMS and from other Mustang forums as well..

I was actually considering the Raxiom 5th gen sequential tail light kit until I came across those negative reviews including fitment and poor functionality issues..

Needless to say, that was more than enough reason for not wanting to take the risk on purchasing them, especially at $374.99..

So perhaps a 2 year warranty in your opinion is great for an aftermarket product, however when it comes to nearly $400.00 for that product, a 2 year warranty is totally unacceptable as far as I'm concerned..

At any rate, I purchased a sequential tail light harness kit from Classic Design Concepts well over 7 years ago for $156.00 and during those 7 years they still function perfectly.. In addition CDC backs this kit along with most of their products with a full lifetime warranty and outstanding customer service..

That being said, until both AM and Raxiom step up to the plate and offer better quality products, support and warranty coverage for their customers, I refuse to purchase any of their products.. This of course is just my opinion and personal preference..

In the meantime, I've included a link below for my sequential harness kit from CDC for those who may be interested..

??
Gravy, I would bet the farm the reason they didn't have them is that they were a PITA to keep working, They were mechanical, and the things wore quickly. I had two friends that had the late 60's Cougar, and was forever using colorful language to describe them. Electronics have made them cheaper, and more reliable.
