Inflation sucks, I think that's the reason for the price gap. I do agree that they are getting way to expensive. The 2005 gt sold for around the same price as a new v6

Excuse me? They don't get it? That's about the most clueless statement I've seen posted here.

This thread is lack luster and there are some members with some creepy @ss avatar photos. I saw one the other day that made my skin crawl. It looked like a ware wolf but not as attractive.

Anyway,

walk on. -U2

Haha. I didn't even have to say what picture creeped me out. I thought I was just tired or sensitive but wow there is something very disturbing about that picture.

But let's get back to the original topic of the OP's dilemma. People need to do what's important to themselves and makes them happy. Strictly speaking from a financial aspect, your going to take a hit selling your V6 and stepping up to your desired V8.

Financial aspect aside, life is way too short bro. If you wake up every day feeling regret you don't have a mustang that has a 5.0 emblem on the side, 412 HP under the hood and all the other upgraded treats that comes with it, then you really should sell your V6. If you feel better about yourself, happier and more confident in your manhood because you have a 5.0 instead of a 3.7, then you need to sell that V6 and step up to your V8. Its all about you brother and your wants in a mustang. That's why there are different options and models for people to choose from. Different wants for different people.

Don't spend your everyday with remorse and feeling mustang inferior when you can live happy. All you need is the funding, just 2 more cylinders and your so there. Just think how impressed your other 5.0 friends will be when they see you pull into Burger King sporting your new 5.0. They won't be punking you any more about your girly ride. No more being the punchline of those 305 HP, V6 jokes.

Face it.....the 5.0 is so much better than the v6 in so many ways. Insurance and gas mileage is no excuse. There is NO justification for owning a V6. I'm just kidding.... or am I.

Following your advice I need to buy myself a 2013 Koenigsegg Agera R...

oh sh**, I forgot, both me and the OP don't have the money to afford our dream cars.

Well if one can't afford their dream vehicle , then one will just have to accept that and have a lesser vehicle. Nothing wrong with a 11 V6.
