I've removed the door panels several times to try and eliminate rattles. I haven't had much luck. Regarding the window switch plate, can't you just push down on it with your hand and if the rattle goes away you know that is the cause?

I can't find the TSB from that site, it only listed (2) for the 2010 Mustang and they were mostly safety related.
The Grabber Blue i had to sell when I got custody of my kids from my crazy ex-wife. I needed a 7 passenger vehicle. We sacrificed the stang because i did not want (2) $500 a month car payments. In hind sight I could have done it because my work picked up tremendously about 4 months afterwards.... so here I am again with another stang.

My left door panel rattles at idle because of my Magnaflows
Take your car to the dealer, but show the service guy you have 'no' damage to your door panels and look for any damage after they work on your Mustang before you leave.
