Question for those of you with lowered cars.

I'm curious how many of you have camber plates vs those without who just did an alignment with no plates, and how your tires are holding up?

I ran without anything but a toe check and wore the insides of my front tires pretty bad after about 2000 miles, I have camber bolts now and the alignment is fine with those. BTW that is with .8 inch of drop on the front.

Wouldn't that make the front higher than the rear?

Many of these springs are lower in the rear, although usually not by much. Good info here.

Nope. The Mustang's rear is higher by over an inch.. which is supposed to give off a "forward motion" appearance, which I personally don't like. The one inch difference levels it *almost*. Most other springs are lower in the rear by maybe 1/4th of an inch, which still leaves you with that nose heavy look.

No offense to the way you like it but to me it looks like the butt is lower even if it's not. I would also think that with you or any passengers and/or stuff in the trunk, that it's butt will most certainly be lower.
