My Explaination for Speed and Cost of D&D to SE Michigan
The 15 minutes I spent on this was worth it. I think I know why it's still going to cost $795 (Destination & Delivery) to transport my car 44 miles from the plant to the dealership. It surely explains the velocity of the transportation method.

Hmmmm.....appearance things they changed.....
The stripe location in the middle of the car was more retro to the '68.....too much like other stripe options now.....not a good change to me.
The 5.0 on the side.....I like the stealth look only having GT within the stripe.
The faux gas cap has an added GT.....previous ones gave more distinction to the CS with no GT indicated.
Wheels.....like mine but no big deal there.

Last year when mine finally showed up I passed the car carrier about 10 miles from the dealer. I thought it was funny that I happened to be in the right place at the right time to see it.

It's supposed to be nice this weekend (cloudy and dark out today) so more pics will be taken! Until then...man this is a nice car! Still will take a little getting used to (coming from a 02 Cavalier)
