I have ordered.....2013 Mustang GT/CS Convertible in black, 6 spd stick, Shaker 1000... Ordered March 12.

Hey can anyone tell me what rearend gears are coming in the manual transmission in a Vert? 3.55's??

I don't know for sure (don't have the order guide open) but the non-convertible default is 3.31. I wouldn't think the convertible would upgrade you by default to 3.55

Funny, I just looked up on my form, from the dealer here in Canada & it is putting 3:55:1 as a standard option on any 5.0L V8 (Man), this is on the "Rear-Axle Ratio Availabilty" sheet , it shows 3:15's as standard for the auto..... & 3:31's as options only for the 3.7 Premiums... Typo??

 

Did you have to order the 3.55's as an option??

 

No, it's standard in Canada but just letting the US members know because they have 3 choices.

Oh OK, I noticed that in Canada this month we have a $2000 Delivery Allowance & The $1000 Costco Discount!

& Maybe, Just Maybe the Canadian CS's have the 255/40R19 Tires, like those of the Brembos that they are advertising on the build site & all the info I have received.

 

I went to the CA build site and tried to add Brembos on the 402 CS option and it won't let me.

Anyway, big thanks for the heads up for the rebate and after confirming it with my salesman, he also said that it is 0% int. for 36m and 1.99% for 48m. My deal was already $2200 below msrp. So that is really cool since I gave them a sweet deal on my 2010 Fusion Sport AWD trade in.
Btw, he also said that it could show up next week since his came a week earlier.

 

I just meant that it has the same tires as the Brembo package... The summer only. I'm hoping anyway!

I was hoping for that too but the summers don't grip when the temp is below
5 degrees C. So if we get 255's I'll put all seasons on my 18" Enkeis.

 

A little off topic and not as cool as a California Special, but I'm hoping that's my Grabber Blue V6 Premium in front of your car!
