Did you sell your GT500 for a Boss?? Why? if you dont mind me asking...

 

She shipped today, which means she's complete, out of the plant lot, and waiting in a Ford center to be picked up for delivery. Getting a little tense here...destination for delivery is only 45 miles away. It will happen any day now..... I'm hoping to at least lay eyes on her before this weekend is over.

 

There were drastically fewer bosses laying around, but I suspect that is probably normal. I could not get less than about 100 yards from them. They were in a special lot...all of their own.

 

Worst question a wife could ask 1 week before delivery.
"Can you change our order to a red GT convertible like the one in the picture?"

Can't decide between C/S or base GT with Brembo/Tech PKG/Ricaro's. Save 1500.00 going with Base. I love look of C/S front (no lights) and much cleane. But love Bremo's/Ricaro. How hard would it be to change up base GT to C/S front and back?

 

I sold my GT500 to buy a house. I'm back in the market for a Mustang. 2013 GT500 is a bit pricey!

 

PS: I don't plan to buy C/S or Base GT for 8 or 10 months, so I got time. I am waiting to see if ticking noise is gone (see 2011 2012). If not gone, hoping for 2011 GT500 for same price.

I just ordered mine today. Now the wait begins...

 

Went to the dealership and finally got to test drive two different ones. However, here is the first CS I have seen which I test drove. The interior was nice with the suede inserts, and the carbon fiber dash which looked really good. SO ENJOY!! Sorry if the pics are little big.

 

Thanks so much for those white CS pictures! That's my future car! Are all CS cars window tinted when they arrive at the dealer?

 

The over the top front end looks good on the CS...and the white with blacked grill vents are perfect!

No problem fellas...it was a pleasant surprise when I arrived to test some 2013's. Even the salesman didn't know about it. It is truly my favorite option package....the finishes are right on.
