I have 2010 GT without Sync. Can I upgrade to a sync radio?

 

Since 2010 cars were available with it, it's certainly possible but would require a lot of parts-swapping and electrical work. You could get to the same result by upgrading to a mid-to-high end aftermarket stereo that supports Apple/Android voice commands. Just did that with my wife's '08 Mazda3, actually.
