No 2015 for me

Put a similar shaped coupe/color and you have a match. Wow, your 5th post is brilliant. Not
Edit- the 15 is definitely softer in terms of the muscle car look. I am looking at 14s and considering the 15 so my opinion is unbiased but comparing it to an Accord is blasphemy.

I'm not a fan of the 2015 myself but comparisons to an Accord Coupe are silly as hell. If that guy thinks the Accord Coupe and the 2015 are similar than I would counter you could say that the 2015 looks like any 2 door coupe on the market if you think it looks like an Accord.

I don't blame those who are loyal to their S197s. What else can you do...? I've own three; the last two were GT500s, and I was thrilled with all of them. I do, however, think that the 15+ bashing is hilarious. Almost like a form of jealousy. You naysayers will eventually succumb and realize that the 15+ will be/is a superior car in every way.

Ford Probe was not comparable. That car was FWD and had a v6. This new mustang will do everything the new car does better with a more modern style. It still keeps its roots looking modern. Not everyone will like it, you can't please everyone. I love my 14 but I welcome the 15, I think it looks amazing. If Ford didn't change it, the mustang sales would continue to decrease.

Well, you posted pictures of two cars, and they're both red... but the similarities end there...

Okay fine, the front end of a 2015 Mustang doesn't look like a Fusion (yes, it does). Unfortunately, it does look like the front end of the 2015 Mustang (which is not a look I personally like )...
...which is why I ordered a 2014 in April '13 (when there were enough pics floating around out there to convince me I wasn't going to like the front of the new one).
As to the "you just have to see it in person" argument, I saw one in person at the 50th anniversary- meh. From the rear end, the car looks awesome- then you walk around to the front and... ugh! I don't care if you're 20 or 46 (like me)- its just bleagggh (my 19 year old agrees)! Some may like it- and I hope a lot of people buy them (cause I want the Mustang to succeed- no matter what it looks like). I just won't be one of them.
I just put the 10,000th mile on my '14, and have enjoyed every one of those miles over the past 14 months... so I don't begrudge '15 owners' pleasure over having the latest (but mine is still the best... just like my wife is the most gorgeous woman in the world- to me ).

Besides the Mustang 2, which was basically a Ford Pinto. The ugliest Mustang to me is this one:
The new Mustang will sell very well overseas, and it will probably do well here too. The 13-14's are my favorite of the modern Mustangs though. Always will be. The 2015 is just not my thing. It's just another step in Ford's global direction. They started with the small cars and have been working their way up ever since.
