Hey guys, just got back from the dealer. After finding a guy I wanted to deal with I placed my order!

I debated several of the options and finally settled on what I wanted and am so excited. Here is what I went with:

2011 Mustang GT 5.0 Premium, 6 speed, Kona Blue, HIDs, 3.73, Security Package, 19 inch Painted Aluminum Rims

Sweet congrats, I ordered one on Jan 20, 2010....after the dealer not "knowing" what was going on with my car (ETA's come and gone), I canceled the order this week, and went to another...ordered a 2011 GT/CS, priority 10..again congrats!!

Man I can't wait. I feel like a kid! Just ordered a couple sets of brochures. I was going to wait but figured I better just get some in the long shot case it comes in early.

 

I don't want to jinx you but I say six weeks tops. I ordered May 18 and within a week I had a VIN number and build week. My car was built last week and should be here in two more weeks. The dealer is certain I'll skip area 51 as the 2011 GT he ordered a week ahead of mine is en-route as of Friday.

To all those awaiting your release from Area 51 hang in there. We'll all be thrilled soon enough.

Yah that would be sweet. I'll do my best to be patient. I tell you what though. I want to drive one! There are still no manual GTs in the Seattle area and I really want to try one out. At least I loved last years.
