Probably doesn't care. If he is far enough behind on payments that its being repo'd, hes not going to be able to make them next month either. And from what I've seen, that tow and the front splitter will be the least of the damage to that car. Owner knows hes behind, knows repo is inevitable, guaranteed its had the living **** hammered out of it.
