hmmm interesting. So the electronics are diff't eh? Hmmm...

So, would it be accurate to state that, if I wanted to ever swap/replace engines (for something "better" obviously) on my 2012 GT body, I would have to do one of the following:

a) find a left over 2011-2014 motor new, somewhere, from a vendor who still has one
b) have the engine taken apart, and rebuilt from a performance shop somewhere
c) get an engine from a large name performance who builds their own, like DSS, etc.

How about getting a Shelby motor??? from the 2011-2014? Can't we still get those? Aren't there other Ford type motors that will still fit the 11-14 body and just "bolt on"?

It seems that if you want a Ford Racing aluminator engine 2011-2014 with low compression for supercharged applications, your out of luck !!! But they still make the aluminator with 11.0:1 compression for your 2012 with forged internals.

No matter what, I will always go FI... so will an 11:1 comp be ok with adding a blower or twin t's, especially since there's forged internals? I would imagine (hope) so.

For the Aluminator supercharged prepped engine it is 9.5:1 low compression.
For the 2015/2016 GT engine it is 11.0:1.

Called mustang magic today to get an update. Joe(owner), picked up and said, "Actually I got your car at the gas station and filling it up, but we have a small problem. Your car is only showing a half a tank after I filled it up !!!" Apparently, the fuel sender units got to be pulled out probably, and do some adjustment to get accurate fuel level readings, according to him.
Anyway were almost there !!!!

I didn't catch it did you get the oil pump gears replaced with billet ones. If not I don't give your motor a year. But hey welcome to the dark side.
I think this motor can take more than one pass before I bend a rod, I did get billet oil pump gears and thank you, but I have always been on the dark side !!!

BTW, this is the motor I am referring to :

9.5:1 compression

Brand new Ford Racing aluminum block

Brand new 2012 Ford Racing coyote cylinder heads

Stage 1 comp blower cams

H-beam rods

Total seal style rings

Forged pistons

Complete ARP hardware and studs

Canton oil pan

New timing chains/guides/tensioners and gears

billet oil pump gears

Yes it's obvious I am addicted to the power and the limits of this motors are more than capable.

Should I still lay off the (!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Nice. That's some serious coin!
I see you got the 2015 Racing heads. Awesome. I think they flow like 70% better or something like that. Is that true?
