Just completed 1000 miles on the engine. Another 500 miles to go and also going to put a smaller pulley on the blower.
Right now I have a 3.75in pulley and changing it to a 3.50in. Then we'll get some great numbers. Looking forward to take it to the track !!!

Ok I finally finished putting on the breaking miles and got that conventional oil out, and filled it up with full synthetic. I also decided to change the pulley to a smaller one. I went from 3.75 to 3.50 . Took it to Mustang Magic for a dyno tune, so we got some new numbers with the smaller pulley. Now the engine is making 900 hp and 760 rwhp at 17lb of boost. Even though this is a much stronger engine, that's as far as I will take it. So now we just gotta wait for the fall to cool down and take it to the track to get some real numbers !!!!!! Cant Wait !!!!!!

Looking for a solution !!!

It has come the time for the cars inspection and scanning in, it will not pass !!!!!
Three monitors are flashing, both O2's and the catalytic converter monitor. I brought back to Mustang Magic after putting on over 500 miles on the car after the final flash and Dyno tune, thinking in would be good, and no good !!!! Their thinking it could be the SCT program, but their still having a hard time making it pass !!! Any ideas or suggestion please let me know. Thanks

You too? I updated my tuner and had to reflash back to stock then back to my old 93 steeda tune. After 250 mIles I could not get 2 of the monitors to reset. I got tired of waiting to install my procharger so I figured if I had to keep driving it, may as well do it with the supercharger. Just finished up tuning and am hoping after a few hundred miles I can get them to reset. I am running stock cats and stock headers. Only exhaust mods are boss side pipes and roush axlebacks. Tuner said there is no reason monitors should not reset. If they still won't reset after a few hundred miles I am going to go realspeed auto in Bohemia and see if they can help me out. Sucks driving around with an expired inspection but what are you gonna to do.

I assume you both are running long tube headers?
I think KOOKS are like the only long tube header that passes emissions with zero problems. I think ARH does pretty good too. (If I ever do headers on my next build, it would be Kooks. That's "if" I even do long tubes. The stock manifolds work great and don't take away from the boost. I'm willing to sacrifice the sound for more boost. Plus, I'd go with an x pipe to help sound a bit. lol)
Maybe it's the tune that cannot make them pass? Good luck guys and let us know how it goes.
