Just purchased GT last week, had X Plan and 750$ Ford Mail Rebate but did not use it as dealer gave me better price than what all these put together. so dont waste your time on all this. Get with internet sale team in each dealership and with a little negotiation you will have better deal than rebates n x plan all put together.

However, if you don't know what the x-plan price is, you can negotiate all you want, but you will not know if you have a good deal. The X-plan price is a great baseline.

This is exactly what I did. I get x-plan pricing through my employer. Went to 3 different Ford dealers in Indiana and none of them would allow me to haggle below x-plan pricing. I was looking at a NO OPTION 2013 6MT GT and they wanted like $30,500 or something before taxes and fees. I ended up finding a dealer in the middle of nowhere in Illinois that had my race red 2013 WITH sync, power seat, and brembo package for $28,500! (before tax) I got a car with more options for much less! Xplan is kind of a joke unless you are looking at a car that is rare and the dealer is firm. Saves you a whole bunch of time haggling. I imagine it could also be good for Focus's and Fiesta's as there is much less haggling room on those - you could spend all weekend traveling around trying to save $200 over xplan pricing or just get it done quick and in one place with xplan.

It was 36590 MSRP. it is a 13 GT premium MT. Pony package. 401A with the comfort package and 19in alum wheels.. And had the leather trim color seats (which I didnt really care about but it was the only grey one they had and I wasnt waiting 8-12 weeks to order one!)and the 13's had better rebates then the 14's and look the same. Lol. But ford charges more for that trim... So in the end before our trade it was $30090. The D plan is awesome my husband's dad is a general manager at a ford dealerhsip in Texas. Although we live in Indiana.

Thats a great deal! What part of Indiana do you live in? I live in Columbus, and I hate it to be honest! I'm originally from the north side of Indy.

I live in Martinsville. Just about 45 mins south of Indy. We bought our car from Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield. I used to work in Columbus for an ambulance service there. Not to bad of a town lol. Could be worse haha
