Maybe I'll cut my original below the **** & use that.
Just got an email from mark this morning. I sent him pictures comparing the stock shifter and the bullitt adapter. He is going to make one that is the right lenght and send it to me. This should work very well with the ring from the stock 401a setup.

I will post pictures when its done.

Very nice let us know how it works out.

Is it just me are you happy with the finish of the jam-nut JMO it looks a little out of place in the pic.

Maybe I'm just being to picky.I do really want 1 of these ***** but the jam-nut is just as important as the ****.Wonder if they could make a Kona Blue jam-nut or maybe a nice chrome finish.

Wanted to let everyone know I recieved a e-mail 12-9-2010 from GP!

Here is the e-mail I recieved.

Hi Kevin,

Attached is a photo of a Kona Blue **** with white engraving.

We are still working on the Bullitt adapters. Our current adapter seems to work for most applications but not all of them so we are looking to make some adjustments to the current design. We hope to have something ready in the next few weeks.

Thanks!

Mark

Sent a return e-mail asking 4 notification when they have a adapter that will have a satisfactory fit & finish.

Also wanted to thank Mark at GP publicly 4 sending me the e-mail w/picture of a Kona Blue ****!

Looking forward to having 1 of these ***** SOON I hope.

That's good to see they stand up for their product and are working on correcting this for you.

If you've got large hands, I'd suggest getting the 2.25" ball. That's what I went with after another guy's recommendation and I couldn't be happier.

The New adapter came in and it looks great with the 401a ring. Fits right in and is the same height as stock. I will try to get some pictures up soon.

I just recently had my first interaction with GRABBER PONY. Mark provides great products and excellent customer service. I am fortunate that they are local for me. But, he actually dropped my part by my gym so that I would be sure to have it quickly. OUTSTANDING.

Occasionally I have been know to lift heavy things. The problem is when you set them down, they are still heavy, so it's kinda pointless. That said, I own and teach at an MMA/Kickoxing/Fitness gym so....
