Customer Service - Grabber Pony

I ordered my shift **** and jam nut from Grabber Pony, and received them very quickly, last Saturday. However, when I installed them on my 2011 GT/CS, I was not happy with the fit of the shift boot, and jam nut. After researching the subject on here, I sent an e-mail to their customer service on Sunday morning.

I did not get an e-mail reply...I received a personal phone call on Monday night from the owner, and we went over the installation on the phone. He answered all my questions, and after reinstalling everything, it looks great.

That's customer service! Thank you.

Great to hear vendor praise over complaints for a change.

Nice job Grabber Pony!

Great service from Grabber Pony. I called up mid-production of my shift **** and made a couple of changes to the design.

Not only was I able to have the changes applied, but at no additional charge.

I really should have paid at least another $10 for the additional engraving, but he refused.

I love my new shift ****!

I also had a positive experience dealing with Grabber pony. It must just be the way they do business.

Its so refreshing to do business with a place like that instead of the typical huge operation where you are nothing more than a tracking number on a UPS slip. I buy all of my regular maintenance parts for all of my cars from a locally owned parts store just for that reason. Some items may cost a little more than at the chains, but they know me by name, know my cars, and never hesitate to make something right if I have a problem. Not to mention it keeps the money in the local economy. Worth every extra penny and then some to me.

I agree with the above comments. I've purchased two shift ***** and some custom decals from Grabber Pony in the past. Mark is a great guy and exceeded my expectations!

Another vote for Grabber. I ordered the wrong boot adaptor for my 2010, then had them send me the correct one only to find I liked the wrong one better. No hassles at all despite my best efforts :-)

Great company to deal with and I wouldnt hesitate to recomend them to anyone

I appreciate all the comments about the 5.0 logo. That is actually what I changed.

He made it a large font and added the red dot at no charge.

It looks amazing, don't hesitate to order another one with the 5.0 logo.

Do they make the adapter in silver or chrome? Looking to mimic the 401A shifter!

EDIT: Found it, looks like the polished will work nicely.
