Not sure how this thread ended up talking butts......but as we're on the subject......nothing wrong with the 2010 Shelby butt. That's one shapely rear end (I'm sure the GT500 spoiler helps though)




IMHO, it makes the '05-'09 rear look very plane.



Having said that though, in 1967 and 1968, Ford reached perfection. Oh to be able to replicate this butt on the 2014 50th anniversary model

I'm lovin' that Shelby spoiler. Very nice. I noticed today that it wraps around the top of the trunklid and "meets" the third brake light, unlike the stock GT spoiler which sits on top.

I agree with you entirely on the plainness of the '05 design, although the pic you posted is far better than most, probably because of the "cheapo" black plastic.

IMO, of course.

The "plain look" of the earlier Shelby is what makes it work. It is not a distraction for all the lines making up the overall car.
