As widely spaced as the red portions of the light are, there's no reason to assume the silver/white sections just didn't get picked up by the camera phone.

AWmustang: Yeah, I know...and that's what worries me--there could be vinyl concealing those odious white/silver whatevers (backup lights?), and that would be suckomanic...

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the white/clear sections are there. They're just mostly obscured by the windshield reflection...
