Caught this Driving Around Town

I live in McHenry County about an hour north of the city and 15 minutes south of the IL/WI border. Nothing interesting ever happens around here, so you can imagine my excitement when I saw this driving around. I was on my way back from the paintball shop when I caught this out of the corner of my eye. I tailed him for quite a while and he pulled off into a large empty parking lot and appeared to be testing the keyless entry. In retrospect I wish I would have attempted to talk to him

Anyway, I snagged what pics I could with my phone, so sorry for the quality. Nothing really new or revealing but more shots!

Nice pics. I can't wait till we some without the camo. I still can't figure out those tailights. Right now I don't like them at all but at least all 6 bulbs light up with the brakes (without having to mod them that is). Like the mirrors compared to the current design.

I like how the rear lights have a split in them now...
it looks like the old style through the bumper.
rather than having all 3 lights together side by side.

Define...new keyless entry?
FOB or was he walking away from/to the car and it have the new 'access' system.

I'm with adrenalin, though all three bulbs per side seem to be lighting up, I don't like them.

They look too f a r a p a r t.

Even if a white back-up light in in between a pair of the red lights. And I doubt they will look like they are each seperately coming through the bumper.

Nice catch, Bandit79!

Yeah I'm guessing it was a GT. The thing sounded badass when he got on!

I'm not sure what exactly he was testing, but it was in a large abadoned parking lot of what used to be a K-Mart. He would walk away from the car, hit the fob, walk back to it, go off in a different direction and do the same thing, and kept writing stuff down. I still wish I had tried talking to him lol.

ill have to see the final prod taillights to make final judgement, right now they just dont give me the nice warm fuzzies, but overall the updated S197 looks sleeker and even sportier...........hmmmm from the looks of it, my assumption is that one of the clear slits will be for an amber turn signal and the other the reverse light....
