But if my car is still sitting offsite, that doesn't help me. Unless they are also fixing built cars during the 2 weeks as well.
Last time I checked my status (last thurs morning) it was still offsite since Sunday.

I highly doubt that they do, we do the glass roofs on all our vehicles right on the line. Cars that get them just have a different roof reinforcement configuration and obviously no roof panel. All vehicles are sent through paint, then return and are run through the area where the glass roofs are installed on the cars that require them. It's actually the first step done before any oher trim is put in, and I can't see the Mustang being any different.
Keep in mind that the glass roof isn't just an accessory -- it's actually part of the vehicle structure.

Yes, my original no later than time was June 4th for the Ford Nationals at Carlisle. After missing that business venture, I looked forward to my birthday (7/9) but my $750 private offer expires 7/6/10... Based on the unchanged status on my car as of 6/25/10, the shortage of transporters causing a rolling delay of 400+ units daily, there was no possible way for the car to arrive before July 6th.
I even offered to make arrangements to pick it up myself or via a trucking company out of my own pocket on top of the standard $850 delivery...

So my car changed to in Transit. Ford CS said it was shipped by casein transport (spelling?) with a shipping number of 06033 anyone know how to determine when it will actually be picked up?

I had an ETA of 6/26, but my dealer updated me on Friday with good news and bad news...ETA was changed to 7/4, but his system shows it was at Cumberland, MD. So I guess mine shouldn't be too much longer.

Yet Another Update: Rep called and told me that my Mustang was being picked up for transport to the dealership lot as we spoke. Paperwork on their end and prep work will be done by the end of the day, and we've scheduled a final pick up time. I should be taking delivery tomorrow.

You won't find any, so don't waste your time trying. The glass roof cars are pretty rare. Finding one in the color you want and with the options you want is next to impossible. At one point, Ford said that 10% of Mustangs were glass roof- but I've never seen one outside of an auto show.

They confirmed that is has NOT shipped.
She did acknowledge that there was an issue with the 5.0 motor, and they're all going to ship by the end of June. Had no clue if the 2 week shutdown had an affect on anything...
Here's to hoping that there are incentives that start up on July 7th!

On the same day I heard from my dealer that my 5/20 built car still had not shipped and, by the way, that my salesman had left the dealership without anyone so much as giving me a courtesy call, I got a call from another dealership telling me that had a 5.0 on their lot they wanted me to look at. I went Friday.
My order: GT Premium, Black/Saddle, Brembos, 3.73, Built 5/20 and still in limbo
The one on the lot: GT Premium, Black/Black, Brembos, 3.55, Built app. 6/3
Drove it. The 3.55 felt fast enough. SOLD!
Bought it. Love it! Cancelled at my slacker, lying, no information sharing dealer.

I just have one word for you all. Actually one pic for you all. It explains everything.
Sadly it's the only pic I had that was worth a dang. Was kind of a whirlwind, as the dealer had everything prepped, took me less than an hour from arrival to driving off with it. By the time I thought to take a pic to post it was pitch black outside, and my iPhone could only take a sucky picture of nothing but grainy blackness and the vague outline of the car.
