What do you mean? Is this another scrapped car?

 

Could be, but sadly Ford CS won't tell us anything more than that now. They'd been saying Awaiting Shipment before, and it's true the ETA hasn't changed, but they -did- say it had updated as of yesterday. Alas, no JonnyB now to confirm anything. I'll shoot off an e-mail to my dealer and see if he can find out anything more definite.

Well I got an update on Shelby 133771 today from Ford CS. Car shows produced 06-14-2010, so my guess is it might be getting the stickers put on now?

the only thing that changed was my ETA, its been moved from 04 July to 10 July. All the guy could tell me is that the shipping information was not filled in? My car is being drop shipped from Ford to my local dealer, but the car was ordered from another dealer. Well so much for thinking I would have it a within a week of production. I guess it takes a few weeks to go up state 3 hours.

 

Customer service said my car had been moved to the Jefferson Ave lot awaiting shipment.

 

Well that's more helpful and specific than they have been recently.

Quick update....my window sticker showed up today so I believe the 6/24 dealer ETA is feasible! I hope so!

 

ehh hate to be the one to tell you but probably not (even with the new push). When was your build date on the window sticker?

 

We're not quite sure he took delivery at 5 o'clock like he mentionned, it started raining like crazy over here. Maybe he posponed till tomorrow. He should chime in real soon on this one.

 

BAD NEWS......My ETA has been "AGAIN" pushed back to July 5th.
GOOD NEWS........it's on a rail car, a CN train and transitting through Sarnia Ont.
But i find it a bit long to deliver to Rochester N-Y. Is this how long it usually takes when it leaves the plant. I mean c'mon...July 5th.

WTF? That's REALLY whack. I need to call CS to see if my ETA is still 18 June, but they're closed now.

 

I even have my railcar #. Can i track down a CN railcar ?

 

Paul has provided me with really good info on my car build since the beginning.

 

I don't know, but people have been luck tracking down CSX trains.

 

Now, how do you go about that ?
