Brake problem (with video) and picture

My 2014 GT, with OEM 2 piston calipers (everything stock) started making a terrible thumping noise all through the cabin upon hard braking at highway speeds.

Its like a loud "dum dum dum dum dum" when you brake hard during highway speeds.

Dealer is trying to locate issue but says they need more time to figure it out.

Started happening recently. The car was bought brand new, and currently has 14k miles on it, everything is stock except for my mufflers which are Roush axlebacks.

Here is a pic of the front rotor, both front rotors look like this.

Anybody have a clue whats going on?

Apparently my pads are fine, car is only a year old. But maybe replacing them would help?

Also i dont think the rotors are warped (and if they are it could only be minimal because i have no serious steering pulse or shake during braking)

Here is a photo, both rotors look like this, same type of uneven pattern on both driver and passenger side.

Here is a video of me speeding up and slowing down, you can slightly hear it in the video but its an iphone so its not good enough quality to hear the full sound like in person. The video doesnt do it enough justice, its very loud and prominent in real life.

Does the other rotor look the same? Looks like you have some uneven pad deposits in the one you photographed. Also what does the inner side look like? If there is a propegating crack it could manifest as a thumping as it passes by the pads on each rotation. I cracked a rear rotor earlier this season and had some "thumping" although it was at the track and I saw it coming.

Wow... those rotors look terrible. As in, I wouldn't even drive it type of terrible. Looks like new pads a rotors (or turning the rotors) are needed ASAP. This looks unsafe. How'ed they even let you our of their shop?

Under warranty, at a minimum they should have turned the rotors and replaced the pads. Only takes them a couple hours.

This. That's not normal at all.
