2014 Ford Mustang GT/CS Pony Projection Fail

My pony projection lights are deteriorating rapidly. Every time my car drives in the rain. Took it to the dealership and they told me it wasn't covered by warranty Not sure what to do. How much does it cost to replace.

It should be covered if you're still within the 3yr/36000 mile warranty. I'd try another dealer.

How can a bumper to bumper warranty not cover this? Try a different dealer.

like everyone else has mentioned, try a different dealership. On the Brightside of things, you now know never to take your car to this location again

The pony lights on mine are messed up too. Car goes in Wednesday 10 June to have them replaced along with two other warranty items before my warranty expires in 33 days or 300 miles, which ever comes first.

If your warranty is up like mine, you can buy a pair for $42 shipped (about $18ea + shipping).

Hello defiance772,

As others have mentioned, you’re welcomed to bring it in to a different Ford Dealer and get a second opinion. Also, please PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can escalate this for you.

Deysha
