I have always heard good things about Corsa. Can't wait to see it on the car. I have Borla on my car. I sure hope I don't have the issues you are having. If I do, Corsa might be an option.

Question for you all though (Jay, maybe you know), from the pic above, does that show ADJUSTABLE TIPS? If so, that is awesome, because I'll never have fitment issues again, if that were the case.

Ok folks... I got off the phone with Corsa. I spoke to a very well spoken and informed main tech person there. I learned a lot about them and their company and their product. It sounds like I'll be in good hands with them as well. I actually am discussing with them potential weld issues, if any, that might arise. I'll be showing them my Borlas and seeing if there is something we can do collectively, to avoid that in the future. But they will support me as far as I know.
Btw, I verified that they use 304SS.
I also confirmed my thoughts on the "sound" of Corsa versus Borla. It appears that the Borlas are more old school/cherry bomb sounding overall, while the Corsas are more refined, more european (like a V12 euro car was what he put it), and smooth throughout the entire rev range, coming ALIVE once the gas is stepped. Will I like it MORE than my Borlas? I will find out tonight and tomorrow when I install.
I can't wait.

My guess is, most of you have borlas made well... But something happened there lately. The warranty guy was even stating that the Tennessee facility was having issues with the jig setups and perhaps was getting the 11/12 and 13/14 setups mixed up. To me, that's a quality control issue.... And the fact that each variation "varies" as well is even weirder. Meaning, some off by 1/3" some by 1/2" some by 3/4". That's not good, man.

Did you have to drill weep holes? Or does Corsa recommend that? I have a tech call into them for that question. It's probably not recommended, but with my latest Borla situation, perhaps it's good that I do put them in. The question then is where do they recommend it. Do you have a pdf by any chance?

^^^ HAHAHAHAHA pretty cool pic. What'd you use? Photoshop? I like that. "Installed"
yeah, it's going to get installed in a few hours here. I'm already cracking my knuckles. Had to wipe some drool off my face too.
