Anyone else like me still not liking the S550 design?

So like which cheese?
I've always liked melted Swiss
Is one of the places called Geno's or something
I could google it I guess but that's not fun
We had a volleyball tournament in SA at the George Gervin Academy. I told my daughter who plays high school basketball wouldn't it be cool if the Ice Man showed up. And she said who's that?
**** I'm old.
I bring that up because philly reminded me of Dr J and Dr J reminds me of Gervin
When I was a teenager playing pick up basketball in the hood of you made a sweet shot the other guys would always say 'Gervin' after the ball went in. They used to tease me for being the token white boy and always laughed that my favorite player was probably Bird. Actually it was Gervin and Dr J.

BTW Dr. J was and still is 'the man' in Philly!

I never go anywhere though
The 50th was the last time I've been out of state since 2009. And I've never been north of D.C.

The S-197 is the last pony car in my view. If something happened to my '13, I'd probably look toward the Challenger instead of another Mustang.

The Mustang seems to be in that category now so it's moved out of my range of interest.

Have you driven a 15-17 S550? I was of the same thought process until riding in my buddy's 2015 GT and driving another buddy's 2016 GT350. There is definitely a higher level of sophistication in the lineup, but I still think it's a thoroughbred Mustang. It's just more polished and has better manners now. IMO, of course

I can live with sophistication inside and maybe even outside. I can't live with terrible looks which invoke thoughts of a 4 door sedan with an ugly rear.
But I agree that in terms of edgy looks and straight line performance Dodge stayed truest to the American Muscle spirit. The Demon looks mean.

I definitely agree about Dodge sticking with the retro styling of the Challenger.. However for me personally, it's just way too large and heavy for my liking

The 2017 Hellcat weighs 4449 lbs and still smokes just about everything on the street.
