Mine hasn't. The 5W20 oil is for the CAFE standards here in the US although its cool too use. The very same Ford engine in Europe as we have here in the US gets recommend 5W 30 oil weight but they don't have CAFE standards.
This was true for the Triton 5.4 an 4.6 3 valves. It kinda scares me that Ford is pulling the same gag with these new coyotes given all the issues the Triton's had.

147k miles on a first year Coyote here, with zero issues, FWIW. 5W-20 full synthetic every oil change.
