I'm 26, in Northern VA, with $1m full coverage policy, $500 deductible, and my premium is about $95/mo.

I dont have my 2013 5.0 yet but i was quoted at $520 for a 6 month policy. Im 28 live in NY, No accidents, 2 points for failure to obey TCD. So $86 a month for the stang and $40 a month for my Sentra beater. Not bad.

Higher deductible = lower premium. Yes, ideally your deductible would be low, but if your goal is low premiums, raise your deductible. I'm a software engineer for one of Geico's re-insurance partners, so I spend all day programming this stuff.

Geico breaks out glass to a different coverage, which I have no deductible for, I guess other policies are different.

Higher deductible = lower premium. Don't be cheap when it comes to insurance.
