I have an aluminum one piece driveshaft as well but no idea if that effects actual dyno numbers.

How can you say the things you say when you never brought your car to the strip?
I have too say based on your 13.3 1/4 mile factory run, you are one freaking amazing driver bro. I mean no bull crap , you are a hell of a driver. I say this because based upon researching mustang forums, even past Car & Driver and Motor Trend reports the 2008 GT is typically running around 13.7 to 13.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile factory.

I have yet too find on the Mustang Source or Mustang Evolution any 2008 Gt's running 13.3 right from the factory. Not saying it can't just saying your the man at driving. The reports I have seen that people wrote was 13.7 to 14 seconds 1/4 mile for 2008 Gt. Even the professional drivers from Road & Track and Motor Trend aren't coming close too 13.3 1/4 mile from the factory.

You clearly have some serious driving skills bro and I mean that with the utmost respect.

Well thank you I appreciate it man, but I'm not the only one.
I have a friend who went 13.28 in an 09 bullitt but they came with 315hp I believe.

Also another guy who went 13.35 at atco in some nice cool weather.
In time a lot of people beat magazine times, just like how people are running faster in the 5.0 than any magazine tested.
I didn't run 13.375 my first time out, and I payed the price with the synchros in my tranny going out from powershifting lol.

Alot of cars have much more in them, BUT you have to ask yourself is it worth breaking?
To me.. YES it is.. to other not so much, they may not shift as fast as they can or kick that clutch pedal as fast as they can or launch at a high rpm and slip the clutch out burning it but leaving hard, so many little things. lol

FYI I slipped the clutch out from 6k rpm when it was stock, I smelled clutch every time I left the line.
Now since I have a WOTBOX I don't do that anymore I just dump it off the 2-step.
So yea... there is a price for everything bro!

You, me and Kona will have almost identical mods. I think it was my tuner that got me into the 300rwhp club. They found an extra 20rwhp over the Bama tune. See my sig for numbers. After the procharger goes on it will be a different story.

If I had a manual transmission I would of been over the 300 rwhp mark. You know auto always dyno lower because of the loss through the auto transmission.

Did that guy drive anyone else nuts or just me? He always kind of hopped when he would swing his arms down to start the race.

You made the right choice. You'll notice the driveshaft right away, much less rotating mass = less driveline loss. And you can do a top speed run with no worry!

What did you end up ordering?
