2014 V6 + performance package top speed/driveshaft issues
You don't race on the dragstrip? so you don't know what it runs and you're over here talking about performance I thought you were into real racing lol.
My car came with 3:31's from the factory.
How can you say the things you say when you never brought your car to the strip?

I have yet too find on the Mustang Source or Mustang Evolution any 2008 Gt's running 13.3 right from the factory. Not saying it can't just saying your the man at driving. The reports I have seen that people wrote was 13.7 to 14 seconds 1/4 mile for 2008 Gt. Even the professional drivers from Road & Track and Motor Trend aren't coming close too 13.3 1/4 mile from the factory.
You clearly have some serious driving skills bro and I mean that with the utmost respect.
Well thank you I appreciate it man, but I'm not the only one.
I have a friend who went 13.28 in an 09 bullitt but they came with 315hp I believe.
Also another guy who went 13.35 at atco in some nice cool weather.
In time a lot of people beat magazine times, just like how people are running faster in the 5.0 than any magazine tested.
I didn't run 13.375 my first time out, and I payed the price with the synchros in my tranny going out from powershifting lol.
Alot of cars have much more in them, BUT you have to ask yourself is it worth breaking?
To me.. YES it is.. to other not so much, they may not shift as fast as they can or kick that clutch pedal as fast as they can or launch at a high rpm and slip the clutch out burning it but leaving hard, so many little things. lol
FYI I slipped the clutch out from 6k rpm when it was stock, I smelled clutch every time I left the line.
Now since I have a WOTBOX I don't do that anymore I just dump it off the 2-step.
So yea... there is a price for everything bro!

Hey anyone know when i shpold replace any stock suspensiom components? I have 41k on my sixxer and im gettin all kinds of squeaks, clunks, and kerchunks when i go over almost any sort of bump or small pothole i cant avoid.
You, me and Kona will have almost identical mods. I think it was my tuner that got me into the 300rwhp club. They found an extra 20rwhp over the Bama tune. See my sig for numbers. After the procharger goes on it will be a different story.

LMAO this makes Rich Christensen very sad.
I always wear my luck tutu.
What did you end up ordering?
i ordered the $699 one from american muscle. i believe its made by axle exchange. looks like their logo on it but it doesnt say a make on american muscle. which one do you have?
I have same one bro. Its a great driveshaft. Never have heard or found any issues with this brand from axle exchange that AM carries.

could you tell a difference after you put it on? im not really expecting to. i really just got it cause my stock has some up and down play where the 2 pieces come together at that boot and i believe its whats causing my vibration at 50+ mph.
