2012 Mustang V6 convertible top issue

Good day all, newbie here thank you for letting me join. just bought the car a few weeks ago and knew it some issues which i've fixed. but the other day i noticed my top goes up and down but the passenger side goes down and up slower than the drivers side. So it's like uneven. Someone suggested adding the hydraulic fluid which i've ordered but haven't changed yet. Has anyone experienced this issue ?? any other suggestions? maybe motor or hydraulic lift bar?
Thank you in advance for your help

i will post some pics as soon as i'm done with some cosmetic changes. Right now my friend and i are changing out front and rear breaks, rotors and calipers. Also changed out the struts and shocks. tomorrow i'm installing a style bar so i'll be ready to take some good pics.
