Joe, you got a good deal, you really did. But 99% of dealers WILL NOT do under invoice deals. Both Brian and I agree on this. He is discounting them heavily and so am I (I'm at $300 over). To do it under invoice, IMHO is stupid. Especially for a brand-new, in-demand car!! The dealer is basically telling the sales people your not making ANYTHING for selling the car, and they are throwing away all profit on the deal (Holdback is NOT profit, but money that "keeps the lights on"). I'm all for someone getting a good deal for their car (if I wasn't, I wouldn't have posted all the info I have done over the years), but under invoice is just silly!! 
Then you can be comfortable with $400 over invoice or less being a fair deal.
I know dealers that will give you an invoice deal and then hit you with a $500 documentation fee.

Plus they gave me 22K for my car as most would not give me over 20K and trying to sell it out right these days just does not seem to happen.
