ITS ALMOST TIME EVERYONE!!!! I just got in this morning and wanted to check if the guide was there. The order guide is still not listed, BUT, BUT the 2011 Price List is now online. Below is a pdf copy of the list. It shows the MSRP of each level of Mustang. I'm not sure if I should put it up, since it does list "holdback" but I will put it up for now, unless someone has a problem with it. With this being up, it tells me that the Order guide will be out VERY VERY SOON!!! Hope this tides everyone's appetite over till then!!!
Hey Boomer, can you sticky this for the time being!!! I may have to take this down, like I said, as it does list holdback and such but lets leave it for now.
Oh, and remember, when you see this, the "holdback" is not profit, but the money that "keeps the lights on" at the dealership and pays for the things behind the scene. Remember that when you use this to work up pricing for your cars. Leave a few hundred over invoice for the dealer and salesperson. Or if you can, get an X-Plan PIN number and everyone is happy!!!

I am really curious. The yellow blaze color has been in several official Ford announcements about the 2011 Mustang. There is a yellow blaze GT on display at the Detroit Auto Show. Why would Ford make this a job 2 item and delay the availabiulity of this color for many months? For me, this is extremely aggravating. I have been waiting for a yellow Mustang since 2007. Now, even though the "authorities" at Ford told me I could finally get one, I get to wait another 6-9 months. Did I mention that I am extremely aggravated.

Hey guys and gals, the Order Guide is back up and its been updated. But the only thing that has changed is the price for the GT/CS Package. It was before listed at $2,475, and now its listed at $1,995 MSRP. That is the only change so far.
Oh yeah, here is the updated PDF Price List. Click below to view it.

After a lifetime of Ford ownership I jumped ship in 2007 and bought a Corvette because I refused to pay a 10K additional markup over an already inflated MSRP for a GT500. I'm not paying 50K+ for a Mustang!
This 2011 GT is the car I wanted all along. It's the car that I said I wished Ford would build, a 350+hp NA Mustang with a decent suspension and brakes for ~35K. Finally, a car I will trade my Corvette for. I'm really happy to be coming back to a Ford product again. Say what you will about the percieved quality of Ford products, but spend some time in a Corvette and see what poor build quality is all about.
In 2007, I bought a new C6 w/Z51 (similar in concept to the Track Pak, bigger brakes better ratios, stiffer springs and bars, etc) and MN6 for $40,000 on a $45,000 MSRP. Great price, but now I can get more room, and close to the same HP/TQ as the Corvette (400/400 for my LS2) for about $10,000.00 less MSRP.
The one thing I like about the Corvette Forums (if you can skip over all of the talk about waxing and which wax is the best!) is that several dealers sponsored the forum. They had their own section where they would list the in-stock units and the discounted price they would sell it to forum members. There were probably 8-10 dealers all over the country that would sell you a new Corvette at invoice and they got tons of business. Do we have any forum friendly dealers here?
