This video ^^^^ shows something important that my car is doing now that wasnt in my video, but will be in my next one.

You car backfired slightly, just one little pop.

Mine never ever backfired before, just raspy as hell if you watch my other videos. Now I have like 3 or 4 back fire pops when the RPMs are falling after I rev it like below 4k 3k or so. Any ideas? Doesnt sound horrible, just wasnt there before.

What causes backfire poping

I got bored and wanted to try something (this is exhaust configuartion #6)

Old: stock H pipe with cats Dynomax Race bullet exhaust (3" with no resonators)

New: Off Road H pipe (no cats), stock 2.75" mid-pipes with resonators and brand new GT-500 mufflers

the next thing I want to try is stock H pipe with cats and 2.75 mid pipes without resonators (just for fun, I think without the resonators there will be drone)

to the guys that have this Cam Lope tune, what is the tach doing while it is idling - does it jump around a bit or show a steady idle?

to stinger182 - do you know if the cadence of the lope is adjustable?
can it be slowed down a bit from where yours is without stalling the car?

these sound good, to me a louder exhaust with this type of tune the better.

The drivability of the idle lope tune is much better with a stick than auto. Auto you get a lot of bucking at low rpm's such as slowing down to a stop or in a lot of slow and go traffic. Not very enjoyable and hopefully they can get this worked out over time.

We will be selling this tune soon. It's still in the stages of being hammered down. We're not happy with the driveability that we've seen/hear about from others. There were some missing parameters in SCT's 2011 database that helped hammer a lot of it out, originally. We'll probably be back working on this as soon as we've completed our 2011 V6 project and 2011 GT, a few weeks away.

They say there is no power loss. But when i run the lope tune and then the Lund 93 aggressive tune its night and day. The regular tune is just much better. His aggressive tune is the best out there for an auto. I guess it all depends how important the sound is to you. They need to get it to were the Boss red key does.

Thanks for the update Chris. I'm about ready to pull the trigger on a JLT CAI and tuner package. If I purchase this before the new "lope feature" is hammered down by Bama, can it be added to my tune later (part of the free tunes for life?)
