Cars n Coffee off of North Tollway? I need to stop at one once I get my new '14. Much of a Mustang presence there? Only been once with my VW before i traded it in.

I say "yes." AFTER you get that dealer badge/sticker off the car, though!

My overlays would look sick!!! The matte black would look fantastic with that black out panel.

But what Gary says here, and what sticks in my craw, is what bugs me about this whole thing: I have a Shelby. Gary has a Shelby. A lot of guys on here have a Shelby. 302's car is not a GT500. The only logical, sane reason he has made the car look the way it does is so that he can pass it off as a GT500; no one goes to the lengths to which he has gone without the intent of making people believe he's driving something he's not. If he was doing it "for laughs," he'd have made it clear with the badging that it is absolutely not a GT500. That's not what's been done.

I find it both absurdly laughable and disappointing that there are those who will defend this individual's lies and encourage them. No one likes liars, in any walk of life, professionally, personally or otherwise. Bosses fire liars. Employees quit on liars. Spouses divorce liars....but we're told that we can't object to the deception because "it's not being nice?" Why the hell should I be nice to the guy? He's lying--I don't care why he's lying, because it doesn't matter. Frankly, I hope he gets hammered enough about this nonsense that he puts a stop to it.

People who have dissenting opinions have just as much right--on this board, in this country--to express their feelings on such issues. When you do what the individual in question has done, you are going to catch hell for it, and rightly so. Sometimes the right thing to do is to be less than nice.

Now let's drop this in this thread and get back to more pictures of auto-****.
I've always heard imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. He obviously likes YOUR car. No one who has any knowledge of mustangs will be confused. You seem threatened by something but I can't figure out what. And that's the opinion I'm welcome to post.

This whole thread has turned into a joke. If people want to bash the guy do so in HIS post about his car. He does have one. Don't clutter this post with the cheap shots and comments.

Probably right, I bet he pissed off some Shelby owners however because they didn't think about buying a GT and just doing the conversion themselves for cheaper. Also, to anyone who tries to say that this is simply a thread for posting pics, and you just want to get back to the pics, go to an image board and leave the forums for people who actually want to have a little conversation with their pictures.

I think both sides have been represented and once again made their say and it is time to move on.

This comes up all the time and will never go away. But it's time to let it go. So it's now time for

What's the name of this thread again.....

He didn't **** off this Shelby owner. I could care less what someone else does to their car because IT"S THEIR CAR.

Here is a pic of my sisters car....unfortunately it was stolen last night.

Very unfortunate, hopefully insurance will cover it/it will be found. You're also right, this is the Picture thread on a forum, which is meant for discussion. I do realize it has gone far too far, however discussion is still the point of a forum.

That sucks then you have to ask do you want it found? Because if they joy ride with it and then damage it who wants it back!!!

I wonder if insurance would cover it if damages were incurred.
