The design of those wheels makes them look a lot smaller than 20's. I thought they were 18's at first

Maybe you just need to take another look at them.
Let me picture-quote them for you.

That's a good looking car! The chrome looks good with the white and blue.

Perhaps it's the shorter length spokes that give the illusion of looking smaller

Gabe ! Thanks for taking the time for posting your buddy's Spyder pics.. Now that I see them from different angles, I like them much better compared to the pics from Steeda's website.. The chrome version also look really great on your buddy's white 13 GT as well

I also checked these out on AM's website, as they pretty similar to the Steeda Spyders, but come in only black machined at 18x9.. However they're also much cheaper at $139.99 ea..

I wouldn't buy AM branded wheels. I know multiple people who have had issues with them being out of round. Stick with the Steedas!

Thanks for the heads up Patrick.. As you just made my decision to stick with the Steeda Spyders that much easier

Patrick ! This question is for both you and Gabe.. By any chance did you need to install bumpsteer kits after lowering your suspensions ?

I read several different opinions from some that claim they are not necessary for lowering applications under 1.5 inches, while others claim they are recommended for applications that are lowered just beyond one inch which supposedly is still enough to change the geometry and toe..

Anyway, if either one of you can shed any light on this, I'd really appreciate it..

Thanks again... Rocky

I didn't, and I don't even know anyone on this site that has. I had terrible bump steer in my SN95s after being lowered. On this car, with 3 different suspension setups including the bags, I just have not felt the need.

If you haven't experienced any steering/tracking control issues, especially when going over bumps and so forth.. Then you really don't need the kit anyhow Gabe..

And your 13 GT has more suspension mods over my 06 GT does with just Eibach pro kit springs with GT500 strut mounts, Koni sport yellow adj struts and Eibach camber bolts..

My next mods are going to include Koni sport yellow adj shocks, BMR adj panhard bar and of course the Steeda Spyder wheels w/Nitto 275-35-20 Invo's lol.

Eventually I'll also upgrade to BMR lca's with front/rear sway bars as well..

So I'll just assume that your suspension is just fine without having to make any further adjustments by adding a bumpsteer kit, nor does it appear that I'll need to add one either..
