Thanks....that's the "Darren Mustang top up" pose.
The car had a lot of jizz on it from it's day at the striper, so much so that I hand compounded it only...no wax, and addressed all the plastic trim and it came out pretty good. All the clear coat defects were starting to discourage me. I reduced some of the swirls and holograms a little and I'm encouraged. Looking forward (I think) to using the buffer. I hope I can come somewhat close to that mile-deep wet look that black is known for.

From this last Saturday, the NH Mustang Club's Spring '15 Dyno Day at Performance Dyno in Loudon, NH .....
And a little video
305/35/20 rear tires, 70 degrees in the shop, and humid.
Lower numbers than the last time, on 18" tires, 58 degrees and dry air.
At that time it put down 591 rwhp, 505 rwtq.
This time it put down 546 rwhp and 470 rwtq, showing on the in-car gauge a max boost of 8 psi (car has a 10-11 psi pulley on it), and running 20% lean at idle.
Both are issues I will be addressing soon.

One of my faves on this site. What kind of hood is that again? It's a subtle Cobra R? or is it a Cobra R?
Gabe. Car's looking good. Sorry to hear about the numbers. Love the whine though I can actually hear my whine lately. I love it.
But back to your numbers...why are you leaning out? I can't imagine JDM would have given you a tune where you are leaning out. Did you change something? And the large rear tires aren't helping out the #'s either. With my latest tune, I should be around 540-550rwhp with the extra timing they gave me (now at 10 degrees). You should be way higher than me...maybe close to 600.

Perfect question for you then, if you don't mind
Am thinking about going Cervini too for a new hood. My main concern is quality/fit/finish. Can you please comment on all 3? I'm worried about gaps, spaces, overall surface not being uniform, etc etc. Hopefully you've had good luck? And is painting a fiber glass hood also pretty expensive $$$$$$$$?

Gaps and spaces between fenders and grille are all good, tighter than previous hoods owned.....but....no matter what aftermarket hood it is, it never seems to fit as tight and as good as the original hood from the factory.
On average, painting both top and bottom of the hood, installing and fitting the hood has cost me about $350.00.
In my opinion Cervini is a great choice when going with an aftermarket hood.
Hope that helps you some Z.

Really pleased with the Cervini's hood. Quality , fit and finish were as expected from a well known name. Compared to a few other hoods, from other companies that I've had on different vehicles in the past, the Cervini's, imho, is the best in quality, fit and finish.

Did a great job. Wouldn't have accepted it if it wasn't. Shipped to a shop in Toronto that sells Cervini's products and I grabbed it from them. A good body shop should have no problem making the hood look good and fit properly as long as they have a quality hood to start with.

Dropped off the hood at the body shop, got a peek at my baby in the ICU...getting there! Looks SO smooth with the antennas and emblems gone! I cannot wait to see it all back together!
