New pic taken by Club that sponsors Cruise and posted on their web page, also for all my friends, Bill is doing fine over that other place he is just undercover, has been for months.
Just a example of what has transpired over there that Bill is Ok for those who are concerned, because it is a on going project as we speak. It will never be a full blown Roush Replica. So it is a Part Roush, Part GT. So I have something unique a "ROGT" I don't like the wheels, Don't need the expensive (and will not cut my lower grille up ) for the Roush lower grille, have the Roush exhaust ( again will not cut up rear valance ) to put a Roush one on, etc. I could go on: Just a big fan of JACK ROUSH period.
Roush Exhaust, Roush CAI, Roush Lowering Springs, Roush Front Grille, Roush Side Splitters, Roush Rear Side Splitters, Roush HoodStruts, Roush Windshield Decal, Roush Fender Stripes, Roush Fender Badges,Roush Deck Lid Badges, Roush Deck Lid Signature, Roush Shift ****, RoushConsole Button, Roush Dash Signature, Roush Under Hood Signature.

" all he had towards making it a clone is the badges, shifter and mufflers and upper grille
no suspension, no brakes, no supercharger, no lower grille, no wheels, no exhaust tips and rear valence, no spoiler, no foglights, no front splitter, and the list goes on
just stickers mostly. RS3 stickers, btw with no blower or intention of a blower after he got called out on TMS he suddenly had a blower where one was missing days prior "

I've also considered painting the calipers, just to get me by for now. Let me know how it goes if you do it.

Guys, I think you just gotta let it go. He's clearly more self-conscious about his replica status than we are, being that he needs to use goofy fonts and justify his car's existence with every post. It's like doting after a misbehaving puppy. If they figure out that it gets them attention, they're gonna keep doing it.

I have been around for a bit but never post.
Ordered some new wheels and tire this week and I am ready to get them on.

This is pretty ridiculous, I waxed the car last Saturday but Thursday threw yet another two coats on after the car got blasted further with rain for 4 days in a row. I bought the car on March 28th, put two coats of wax on two days later to get me through to the following weekend, then that next weekend I stripped that off and did glaze/two coats of sealant/two coats of wax, then a week later did two more coats to build up the wax, then within the next two weeks we got hammered with rain so I did two more coats last Sunday, then after getting hammered again I did these most recent two coats on Thursday. Now the rain is done so hopefully I can finally quit with the detailing for a little while…I was up until 3 AM doing it on Thursday night, and then woke up at 9 on Friday and spent 11 more hours doing a full spring cleanup interior/exterior detail on my wife's car, including the big daddy glaze/two coats sealant/two coats wax…needless to say, I am completely spent and could never, ever do this for a living.
At least this time I FINALLY got some sun for some pics. The dealer I bought it from is in the background:
Just awaiting my new plate frame:
I really need to hide that block heater plug…
Absolutely LOVE this car.

Sterling grey has a nice sparkle in the sun. Had a buddy of mine say he saw a sterling grey gt, and the decklid and tail lights were blacked out. He said it looked amazing, and that i should have got a grey one and blacked out those components just like the guy did. Told him all the new GTs have that, including mine you just cant see it cause the car is already black. I then proceeded to tell him nothing beats black and it is the most sinister color

Thanks guys, that gray CAN pop when detailed. I love the GT500s, no drone, quiet on warm idle or when cruising, but open up nicely when you get on it and sounds great on a cold start for the first couple minutes. Really is the exhaust the car should've come with from the factory. Perfect for a daily driver.
I love black too, but after four black cars, including three of my last four (granted one was metallic black but whatever), I'm just plain done with black. This gray is so easy to care for and it's a relief to someone **** about detailing like myself.
