Leave the Shelby caps on. Mine also came with them. Mine also have Shelby stamped into one of the spokes.........

Besides, it'll annoy Joe

I guess the irony is, Mr Shelby would have had nothing to do with these (except receiving royalties) as I suspect they were made in a dimly lit Chinese factory rather than the LV Shelby factory

You're probably right. I could be wrong but I believe the only ones built in LV are the gt 350.

Then tell Ford to stop selling the Ford Racing parts that are stock on the Shelby's and your peers (who sell their take-off's)to keep their parts so we can't buy them.

Thanks ,but I am seriously thinking of removing the blade section of the boss style stripe and continue the side stripe to the front wheel opening .That way my black 5.0 badges will stand out and it won't be a clone . Just don't like that term , don't totally want to be a copy cat . Also can't wait to get the bright lip of my CS 56's refinished and back on the car.

You could always plasti dip the emblem's white. I think it looks really good, and as long as you don't put Boss badges all over it your not entirely copying.

I don't and won't ever put any Boss 302 badges or decals. Don't believe in false advertising. I'll take the plasti dip under consideration although I could just put the chrome 5.0 badges back on ?

I would just go white, personally I hate any of the chrome on these cars.
